In order to support Mainship boat owners, we publish a specific warranty policy and provisions on our website and include a copy of the same in each owners manual. This policy outlines what Mainship's support is to you, and what you, as the owner are required to do if and when you have a warranty problem. We find that if each party follows the rules of the policy - everybody is happy with the end result.
Mainship is a company of honorable people who stand behind the product we build. However, boats are a complicated product and we rely on everybody and every vendor to do their portion of the production correctly. Sometimes people make mistakes and parts fail - that is why every product you and I buy has a warranty.
